Welcome to the centre where your children are able to play, learn, exercise and have the best Birthday parties! We offer a wonderful play area, equipment, fun activities and amazing food for both kids and parents.

Kids Party
- Price is $240 for up to 8 children including the birthday child
- Additional children $24.00 each
- Choose from our themed party rooms (Butterfly, Circus or Astro Rooms)
- Bookings are essential, $50.00 non-refundable deposit must be paid on booking. Payment in full is required at the beginning of the party
- Party sessions available 9.30am, 12noon and 2.30pm
- Dedicated party host to meet your every need
- Party room booked for 1.5 hours. Additional fees will be charged for any additional time exceeding 10 minutes.
- Reserved tables for the adults for the duration of the party
- Unlimited play and use of facility
- Kids Party Food includes - Fairy Bread, Potato Chips and Cheezels, Cocktail Frankfurt, Chicken Nugget, Hot Chips, Frog in Pond. Unlimited water and cordial
- Special Dietary Requirements Accommodated
- Complimentary gummie bears for every child
- Create your party invitations using our online Party Invitation Maker
- Outside decorations, such as pre-inflated balloons, tablecloths, plates and cups, are allowed
- We request no glitter or sparklers in the centre and recommend helium balloons are weighted
- We will contact you prior to your party to confirm the number of children attending. Please be aware that you will be charged for the number of confirmed children plus any additional children on the day
- Alterations to kids count can only be made up to 24 hours prior to the party
- NO FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed to be brought into the centre. Exemptions made for medical reasons
- No refunds or credit will be given for "no-show" guests on the day, even in case of illness
- Don’t forget your socks!
- The party room will be available for the setup 15 minutes prior to the party session time
- Guests are required to throw their rubbish in the bins provided
- We take NO responsibility for injury whilst in centre
- All Damages will need to be paid for

- Price is $650 for 2 hours
- Have the entire centre all to yourself (after hours only)
- $100.00 non-refundable deposit must be paid on booking. Payment in full is required at the beginning of the party
- Additional hours $100 per half hour
- Session timings:
- - Mon- Thu: 4:30pm onwards
- - Fri – Sun: 5:30pm onwards
- BYO Alcohol Drinks Permit available from 5:00 pm for Private Hire only

- Catering options: Little Village Play can cater with our platters or you can self-cater. Self-Catering applies for new bookings made after 6 August 2024
- For Self- Cater: You are welcome to bring your own food. The kitchen facilities are unable to be utilised yourself due to health and safety regulations, however our staff are available to heat up the food for you for an extra cost. Please discuss prior for self-catering food details
- We will provide all necessary serving ware if catering options is booked with us. Should you decide to bring your own food into the centre, tableware and serving ware is your responsibility
- Cafe and coffee machine service available during the party time on pre arrangement
- Cake slicing service available for extra cost
- Sound System- Access to Bluetooth speaker to play your own musicÂ
- Staff on hand to clean the centre at the end of your function. Guests are required to throw their rubbish in the bins provided

Additional Info
- All prices displayed are in AUD.
- Parties should be booked online or at the centre. We are unable to book parties over the phone.
- Online bookings require a minimum of 3 day’s notice. For closer to the date bookings please contact the centre.
- Please try to book parties as early as possible to ensure that you get the date and time that you want.
- Invitations – you can create invitations for your party using our online Party Invitation Maker. Alternatively, printed invitations are available in-store.
- Non- refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance should be paid on the day of the party before the start of party.
- Secure payment by PayPal. Credit card payments accepted, no PayPal account needed.
- Private hire bookings cannot be changed to a different date or a normal party less than 3 weeks from the date of the event.
- We will contact you prior to your party to confirm the number of children attending. Alterations can only be made up to 24 hours prior to the party. Please be aware that you will be charged for the number of confirmed children plus any additional children on the day.
- Cakes- You can bring your own cake or we can supply ice cream cake. Ask staff for details. NO CAKES are to be brought into centre unless you have a pre-booked party.
- Please advise us if any of your guests have any special dietary requirements or allergies, or if you have any other special needs.

- Other decorations and bringing your own entertainer must be discussed and agreed with the playcentre management in advance.
